Board of Directors
The Authority is governed by a five person board of directors. Two board members are appointed by the Butts County Board of Commissioners. The cities of Jackson, Flovilla and Jenkinsburg each appoint a single board member.

Board Members
The board meets on the second Tuesday of each month at the Authority's main office on the Square in Jackson at 5:30 p.m. The entrance to the meeting room is at 111 North Oak Street. The public is always welcome to attend.
