New property owner must pay a $75.00 fee and renters a $150.00 fee for each service used. 

Individual security deposits are refunded to customers with an excellent payment history after 24 months. Customers who have been on the Authority’s system for 24 months or longer, and who have an excellent payment history, may be exempted from paying a security deposit if moving from one address to another, or if adding another unit to the system.
