Usage Fees Effective July 1, 2009 All water customers pay a base bill by meter size. The base bill includes usage from 0-2,000 gallons and is $12.00 per month for customers with 3/4" or 1" standard meters. For usage above 2,000 gallons the rate per 1,000 gallons in $4.50. The average residential water customer uses 5,000 gallons per month for a bill of $25.50. Sewer is billed at 100% of the water billed.
