January 11, 2013 – The Butts County Water and Sewer Authority is continuing to change out all manually-read water meters for radio-read versions. For the ten-day period of January 14-23, 2013 meters are expected to be changed on:
Woodlands Preserve Subdivision
Harbour Shores Subdivision
Brooks Road
Levi Barnes Road
Brownlee Road
Portions of Hwy. 36 West
Short Road
Deerfield Subdivision
Jackson Glen Subdivision
Water service will be disconnected for about ten minutes during each meter change. The work will be performed by Mack Jones, Inc. Work crews will wear uniforms and drive vehicles with the company’s logo.
