July 12, 2016 – The Authority’s board of directors approved a new rate schedule that reflects rate changes adopted at the Board’s June 14, 2016 meeting. For water customers with standard size meters, the minimum bill will rise from $12.50 to $13.00 per month, and the rate per 1000 gallons will rise from $4.75 to $5.75. For an average household using 5,000 gallons of water per month, the monthly bill will rise from $26.75 to $28.00, a 4.7% increase. The new rate will be effective on the September 2016 billing cycle.
