The water system has been restored to full operation, and the microbiological quality of the water has been determined to be safe for consumption.
A boil water advisory was issued during the afternoon of Thursday, October 22, 2026, as a precautionary measure after water pressure dropped below 20 psi due to a water main break along Short Road caused by a contractor.
Water samples were collected and tested for bacteria over a 24-hour period. The test results came back negative, confirming that the water is safe for consumption and all normal uses.
