May 14, 2023 – Due to a failed high service motor starter at the Burford Water Treatment Plant, countywide water restrictions are in place until further notice. To conserve water, please limit outdoor water usage, and avoid using water unnecessarily. We are working to have this issue resolved as soon as possible.

The Butts County Commissioners and the Water Authority Board of Directors will meet at 6:00pm on February 6, 2023 to discuss current and future water and sewer needs and other areas of interest.
